Management, Sales

Management:

The management programme is a general programme with the ambition of developing future managers and key persons in Schibsted.

The programme and the jobs give you as a trainee a unique and all-round experience of the key processes in various media businesses. Examples include roles in business development, sales, marketing, financial management, finance, strategy, organisational development, project management and operations. You also have the chance to experience editorial environments.


Sales:

The sales programme has a clearly commercial focus with ambition to develop future commercial managers and key persons in Schibsted.

As a sales trainee you will gain broad competence and experience from four different jobs in our sales organisations, as well as useful insight and knowledge into how media bureaux and advertising agencies operate. By means of regular professional meetings we also pave the way for learning about the key processes of media sales.

Management/Sales
As a trainee you will be assigned a mentor who will follow you throughout the two years of the trainee programme. All the mentors are top managers and key figures in the Schibsted group. The mentor should act as a guide to you as a trainee, someone who can support you and give you advice throughout the trainee period.
