It’s a real challenge to be a successful and professional player on international trading floors. That’s why talented individuals are very welcome at Commerzbank. If you join us, we'll get you started straight away. Several weeks of training will familiarise you with the bank's structure. You'll get the key lowdown on all aspects of investment banking and build your product knowledge. You’ll meet other talented people from various countries, enabling you to start building your own network. Our Graduate Programme is your chance to experience what international business is all about.

What happens next.
Regardless of whether you join the Sales, Trading, Structuring, Corporate Finance, Research, COO, Client Relationship Management, Treasury or Risk Management division, you'll have outstanding development opportunities wherever you are. Depending on the role you’re aiming for, you may be able to go on an international placement.

What we expect from you.
You have a very good degree, preferably in economics, business studies, mathematics or physics. Your strengths include analytical thinking and dealing confidently with people. You have already acquired practical experience of investment banking during a number of internships – ideally including time spent abroad. You are an excellent communicator in English and ideally in German (depending on location) or another foreign language. You are committed to your work and keep a cool head, even in stressful situations. What's more, you're a team player, not a loner.
