Willmott Dixon - Management Trainees
The Willmott Dixon Management Trainee Scheme was established in 1979 with an initial intake of 20 Trainees. Over the past 30 years the scheme has grown and developed to become one of the leading management trainee schemes within the Construction Industry.
We now recruit, on average, 30-40 trainees annually within a variety of construction disciplines, including Site Management, Quantity Surveying, Estimating, Buying, Design & Build and Business Development. We also have trainees studying other disciplines including Finance and Human Resources.
The Trainee scheme is available to people across a range of academic backgrounds.
