Market Visionaries Program
ECONOMICS / SOCIAL SCIENCES , BUSINESS STUDIES / MANAGEMENT
Deadline Deadline: TBA
On our Market Visionaries Program (MVP), you’ll have the freedom to find new places for our brands to be. Got a marketing idea for a music festival or sports event? Fantastic. See how we could create better brand experiences at supermarkets? Brilliant. Spotted a gap in the market for a totally innovative product? That’s what you get paid for. It’s an incredible opportunity to learn the business, take ownership, and deliver results – fast.
After initial training you’ll spend 12 months focusing on either On- or Off- Trade sales, and then switch for the following year. In both cases you’ll be out in the field finding new customers, negotiating deals, looking for ways to grow volumes, and really activating our brands. Marketing projects throughout mean you’ll apply what you’re learning. And if you really impress us, you’ll be offered your first managerial role. With amazing training and mentoring from our top people, the program’s designed to help you build the career you want.
Talented. Hungry. Ambitious. Entrepreneurial. You set trends rather than follow them. You’re innovative and very creative, a doer as well as a dreamer. You’re interested in both sales and marketing, and you live for brands and consumers. You’ll also have the confidence and resilience to back your own decisions and take ownership of your projects from day one.
AB InBev is the world’s leading brewer. Stella Artois. Corona. Leffe. Budweiser. These are just four of the 200 plus brands that make up our powerful, global portfolio. But we’re not done yet. Far from it. Our dream is to be the Best Beer Company Bringing People Together For a Better World. It’s an ambition that fuels us to take brands into new markets, attract fresh customers, and break boundaries.
